Salary is little less as compared to renound startups in fintech space or large corporations

Flexible, soft culture, work from home, nice perks and benefits, fair compensation and hikes, colleagues are gentle.

Dislikes

Very UK and Poland Centric. Subtle racism can be seen in the division of teams and work. Promotion is a distant dream.

I worked as a Developer for about 5 years. Policies and management are good. Work standards are high for the pay. In some of the teams managers who come from service based companies spoil a bit of the culture. If you get here with good package then you can think of sticking here for long term But if pay is not great then leave after 2-3 years.

Dislikes

NO travel benefits at all. Its product based company and very unlikely you would go on-site.

Work life culture is very good. Management is very good. Growth factor is also good.

It's their nature of their business. Market volatility forces the management to make hard decisions like down-sizing and wind-down some businesses.
