They don't provide certificates matching with the date of your work duration and offer letter. They don't provide stipend even though it was mentioned on the offer letter. They take at least 1 month to give certificates.

Nothing to like they are faruders. Take so much work but didn't give any stipend or promised vochers etc even certificate

I have done 4 month internship there, first they promised to give me gift cards, vouchers after completing the target and i have completed the target but they take work from me and didn't even give me internship certificate, after calling them multiple times they respond and provide me certificate.

Its honor to me starting my carrer in ifortis. An exitement enviroment express my talent and passion and devloping my skills. Great opportunity for me being part of this company and opprtunity to contribute the company and grow personally and professionaly. company policies are good and fair. The teammates are very supportive and the management are good.

Even if you bring leads for the company, you are only gonna recieve a certificate. There is no stipend or anything, which is kind of a demerit. Otherwise for people starting with sales and marketing it's a good learning opportunity.

The company privides a good exposure for corporate,I learnt screening resumes, taking interviews. The timing was also flexible, not hectic

Dislikes

I think trainers should get paid. Leaders should see what all problems each candidate is facing. They should answer ever questions.
