Don't go for an interview in this company... They won't even respect you as a human being... Don't go... Don't waste your time.... There is one kir##* ku*##i he is totally rude... If you are decided to go for an interview in this company don't forget to carry damaged tomato 🍅 and egg 🥚 or damaged slipper 🥿 because if that ke#a pu#*@ talks rudely or don't respect you means!! don't go without respecting him back with your own style by using tomato/egg/slipper whatever is comfortable for you... Choice is yours.. Please note: don't carry a fresh tomato 🍅 or fresh egg 🥚 or new slipper 🥿. Because he's not worth for it... Don't waste your money.. (optional) just carry any waste items from dustbin near you is more than enough for that pora##*ku...

Technical job was the only satisfaction that gave me to work. So if you want to move your careers through technical knowledge, you could go for it.

Promotions - Good

Dislikes

Learning potential was good at once. Now its not the same case. Lot of politics between people at the higher level. Some people humiliate others for ego clashes. You can learn basic risk management techniques. Never expect the company to give you appraisal.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
