I don't think so there is any point of disliking IFI Techsolutions . But now they have to think on expansion and innovation plan as per market competition.

The management of IFI Techsolutions is the worst I have experienced in my career till date. It is not at all a good place for Marketers. They does not seem to be interested in Marketing team at all. HR policies are biased. There is no humanity in this organisation. No learnings at all. Bad company environment.

I am working here since 2022 and have learned lot many things after joining. Management is so supportive and encouraging. Work life balance is always been given preference. The Best company & the management I have worked with so far.
