As someone who had earlier worked as a Visiting Faculty, soon thereafter as Full Time Faculty and then as Dean of IBS - Gurgaon from 1998 to 2004, rejoining them again as a Visiting Faculty in 2015 was a pleasure. It is a professional organisation that respects you for what you are and takes your suggestions seriously.
