...n though I had complete proof, he did not believe me. His name was Rohit Sharma. Not only him but the entire staff plays politics and the salary never comes on time except once or twice. And our TL also discriminates a lot.

It's a very bad company to work for, very bad management, never gives salaries on time, like this month they gave salary just the day before Holi festival and that too the half salary. There is no communication from hr about anything if you ask them they will give you threat to expel your employment.

Very bad management, Farm tele advisors at Kisan Call Center are scolded everyday by the management. Salaries are never given on time and many times salaries are cut for no reason and if asked they give threat for Expelling the employment.

...p down, our whole team was forced to resign the very next month of January 2022. They did not provide salary on time after resignation. The manager and seniors did not discussed the pros and cons. There was no proper communication within the senior leaders due to which the process ramp down took place. Worst company to work with.
