They are concerned sales and sales only. If there won't be sales pitch on call they will mark it as fatal. They won't approve your leaves and you sick leave should be planned too otherwise a warning letter will be issued There is a lot of politics in company Management won't address your issue.. Overall very bad experience.....

Its providing the salary on time at difficult situation also but they force to come offce even when transport facility is not there. Environment was good seniors are too supportive. Friendly environment . Company policies are good enough.

Salary is not good .. Politics is always held in this company . Carrer growth is too slow As they didn't provide the promotion or change the designation.

Good Team and Work Culture-People in general are helpful Managers are usually considerate

Salary growth is slow- They. hire you at a low salary in mid level so even a 10-15% annual jump wont give you the desired returns Top Management is too old fashioned and are not receptive to changing market needs

Salary on time Work life balance is ok but Saturday is working here

Hr policy and response is really pathetic. No proper feedback ,for everything they will say we dont have fancy positions,fancy department….. If you ara a fresher or 2,3 experienced person dont think about ifb bangalore, its really old technology and almost all are manual lines. For relaxing and job security uou can plan here

Its good place to learn about how manufacturing works, I consider if you are a fresher and salary is not an issue to survive

Work life balance is not that great 6 days working. No shifts or work from home/Hybrid options Ctc to actual pay there are lot of cutting
