...of treatment with employees is not fair. Even they give CTC 22k but in hand 14k. I really don't know how to tell people that why is that different between my CTC and in hand salary. I feel private job is like angrej chale gaye or private sector walo ke sath main employees ke upar shashn karne ka adhikar chor gaye..!

Working at IFB is a great experience The company policies are also good compare to other brands ifb has a less pressure and salary structure also quite low if you want to career growth pls change it or other wise ifb has best choice

Its providing the salary on time at difficult situation also but they force to come offce even when transport facility is not there. Environment was good seniors are too supportive. Friendly environment . Company policies are good enough.

Salary is not good .. Politics is always held in this company . Carrer growth is too slow As they didn't provide the promotion or change the designation.

They want u to work more with less salary compared to the people who are on role in co. There is no growth here, as people have worked for more than 5 years in the co.on contract and are yet to get confirmation.The staff wants you to do their work but they won't help u when you are in need of a little help in ur work. They don't value us nor our work, we will only be remembered when there is work pending of on role people so that we can finish their work. They won't teach u anything new, as they might be afraid of us stealing their work😀😅. People take credit for the work u have done and even get promotion,so people need to be carefull.
