Job security is very high. Until we want to leave from IFB, they won't send out.

Compensation also less and growth also low.The work pressure is night.Sometimes I have work 12 - 13 hours a day, even though working more there is no hike in salary...

Work culture is horrible in this company. Management doesn't exist in IFB. People have been working here for the last 15-20 years, as a result they don't know how other companies work. Most of the managers do not have work ethics. Freshers/juniors get blamed if anything wrong is detected. This company has no money to rebuild its infrastructure. There is no ac in office, and surprisingly no fans either. There is only one printer available for the whole office( for 200 people). There is a huge shortage of chairs in office, engineers leave their chairs empty for the clients and go for a walk. IFB uses old LCD monitors to design its products ( Most of them gets hanged several times in a day), as a result negative productivity, data losses, customer complaints have become very common in this company, and nobody bothers with all these nowadays. There is no option to choose from a lunch menu, employees consume what the vendor serves on the plate. Employees get zero protein diets in lunch. IFB has never seen paneer, chicken, mutton in its lunch menu. Let's talk about HR department now. HRs don't know how to manage employees' accounts. They make new policies and rules in the middle of a fiscal year just to get rid of paying medical allowances, LTAs on time. Some of them are so rude that employees hesitate to confront them in office or even on call. IFB Automotive is a horrible company to work for. It's a living hell in a sweet city like Bangalore.
