Willingness to give best possible services to advisers. No pay cut during lockdown. Appraisals and bonus paid even in lockdown. Managing Director is very supportive and sensitive towards clients and advisers

Dislikes

Poor operational support because of which new processes cannot be introduced. No transparency in H.R policies. H.R is partial towards certain employees who get exceptional benefits other staff are not given any flexibility.All H.R powers are with one person who does lot of partiality. H.R and Operations have lot of ego issues and can hire and fire any employee without any justification

Near to railway station, job security and 5 days week.

Dislikes

...agement and HR are not concerned about company's growing unhealthy work culture. Very low hike in salary. High attrition rate. Not a good place to work at.

The management is not focussed. They don't care about their client needs.

Management is not transparent in terms of work profiles and roles. Very chaotic style of management and inexperience shows up everywhere.

Have been working in this company since years after having worked in big corporates. First workplace where skill and hardwork is recognised. All those who are complaining are those who they have not been able to prove their efficiency and could not justify their worth in the company. They are those who have messed up the processes and system due to their incapabilities and lack of ownership, and brunt had to be faced by the company. Non performers have time to write poor things about any workplace

Everything was perfect until 2017.

Dislikes

With change in leadership in2018, was very sure this company will doom. This is what happens when corrupt and selfish people rule the organization. Operations Head (now ED) and HR Head (now ED) - congratulations for ruining the organization
