No rewards, policies, no guidelines, no incentives, no job security. They do not even provide a single diary for one to plan the work, forget about anything else.

Nothing is good. No job security, no good culture. Full of politics. No regulars timed work, you have stay whole night or day even your duty time over on maximum daily basis as always urgency comes. Its very difficult to have time to give time to the family. Nothing is good. Everything is zero/zero.
