There is nothing good about the institute. The more it shines, the poor its workculture is. The company do not spend even a single penny on any training or something. No rewards, policies, no guidelines, no incentives, no job security. They do not even provide a single diary for one to plan the work, forget about anything else.

Everything. Overburden, no work-life balance. Very poor salary.

Nothing is good. No job security, no good culture. Full of politics. No regulars timed work, you have stay whole night or day even your duty time over on maximum daily basis as always urgency comes. Its very difficult to have time to give time to the family. Nothing is good. Everything is zero/zero.

Almost everything about company is worst. From stupid senior managers to unprofessional work culture everything is worst The company's work culture, stupid rules, policies, etc is toucher to your mental health.
