...w the order of owner blindly. Owner oriented institute .. VC has also no power.. Salary they won’t give on time and while leaving they won’t give you any certificate or deposit . Money sucking institute . If you want to be a bonded labor join this place

Delegation of responsibilities, substantial growth and learning opportunities for freshers, management is cooperative and ambitious to improve always.

Dislikes

The salaries are not paid on time. The management have fixed budget and therefore, the proposals and task for innovations are often compromised. The work task is not assigned according to talent or specialization of individuals.

Selection procedure ..... Specially in accounts , A guy name Raghvendra always defamed the new candidates and keep jealously internally . He is playing politics in interview process so don't go even for interview ....

Nothing because you feel there like working in Mughal era. All owners are Badshah Salamat and top management are Darbari.

Dislikes

No work culture, no human values, no value for your education and work experience in past and present. No value for your time when the day first for present interview to end of the working day. Top management feel you like you are "BANDHUA MAJDUR". All 24x7 365 days working. You can't take leaves.
