...aterial was really a bad experience due to the toxic upper management system. You will not get proper salary. They say a fixed salary but, at the end. One will have to face so much LOP due to not achieving the target besides giving the fullest. The week offs are uncertain and we won't have week offs properly if don't achieve the week's target. You will even be in a situation to work straight 30 days if you don't the capability to voice out for yourself. No one can work with this type of organisation for a longer period of time. We have to sacrifice so much in our life. No work-life balance, no personal time. Its not just about 10-7 job rather, is a 12 - 14 hours job. Too much of mental pressure I've been through. Yes, sales is all about achieving the targets but when it comes to business the organization will have to face some uncertainty and so the employees. But the organisation never understand this besides knowing about this clearly and will sit our head asking for payments for no reason. I was under such a toxic manager and had a bitter experiences with the company. Initially they will take you into a fantasy world where they will attract you with the incentive parameters. Later they themselves tell that it was just to attract employees. I So, please think before accepting their offer letter.

No work timings- You will be expected to work 24/7, all public holidays + festivals + Sundays + any day you can think of No appraisals- Even for the contributing employees, false commitments are made as we will appraise within 6 months and no recognition and changes are made for 2+ years No job security No work ethics Business is grown by fooling customers with fake success stories. Not even a single good review is genuine, you wont find any clients on LinkedIn/ FB/ Instagram

If a person wants to destroy their career then they can opt for this company. The top level & mid level management are horrible. Filled with politics. People doing buttering of their manager gets promotion. They hire you at a cheap labour & make you work for 18hrs straight in the name of WFH

Everything, starting from the location, unhygenic office, smells aweful, management that is pathetic and not supportive at all. They really do not know what to do. No team collab. I could have rated -0 or more negative
