It’s a hell lot of work which they got you do under the name of a counsellor. Managers are very unprofessional they just give orders no understanding on humanitarian grounds. Unless you’re heart id pumping you have to go to work they give a so many leaves but don’t let you take em.

I am extremely glad to work with IDP . I think it makes me feel lively and energetic. Also, it boosts my confidence. Some teammates are supportive . My TDS (Vivek sir )(head of bathinda ) is very cooperative with all our teammates. I think he is the best sir which I ever seen in my life who do his job very calmly and politely.

Salary and career growth is extremely slow .

Management of South India branches is horrible. They hire domestic sales people and only focus on meeting numbers any way they want. Manager will not support in terms of meeting targets and performance. He will only work to show his higher management.

Not one but there are many disadvantages here 1) Hike will be decided based on business needs to the current technology what they require. Your hard work doesnt matter to them 2) Forcing to come to office - they do not offer Cab but want you to come to work even it rains or shines 3) Every team in IDP has their own internal politics - Good luck in escaping from that 4) No recognition for your hard work or effort - Screw the hike but you wont even get appreciated for your effort im wider forum

Immediate layoffs and less appraisal amounts and month of appraisal cycle is very different from all companies at that month all companies won't even hire and notice period is 3 months that is worse
