Dislikes

The workplace has a toxic atmosphere, and there is a lack of work-life balance. With the exception of Vikas, the senior management team exhibits inadequate management capabilities. The HR department is extremely unprofessional, and the person in charge shows little respect for employees. She does not grasp effective management techniques and often treats staff poorly, almost as if they are subservient, demonstrating a lack of respect and humility. Management expects employees to extend their working hours and behaves as if their lives should revolve entirely around their jobs. Client calls can happen at any time without consideration for employees' consent or their availability. As a result, many workers face considerable stress.

Likes

Vikas is one happy employer to work with. He has a good sense of listening and addressing his views later, very less to be seen in top management in any firm these days.

Dislikes

The Business head is one terrible person here, he also takes care of HR, he says "You are selected" on a phone conversation to many candidates but never makes any attempt to send an email to them confirming the same. He has complex trust issues. The company can loose Smart and hard working employees under his stupid leadership. Wish you lots of luck working with him, dear Vikas..!
