Work culture is good up to some extent.

I must say worst ever HR policies. I dont believe after working 1.5 years, when I have resigned they fully recovered my last year bonus. Such a shameful act. People are in chill mood here, no one cares you work or not. Most of the people involve in fake claims only no work at all. Feel bad for the sponser of this company.

...under her. Currently working on contract basis but don't worry about it anytime. Salary always on time. Awesome teams member with whom does not feel workalcohic.

Work-Life balance non-existent as company does not want to hire additional hands. You land-up doing all the work yourself. Seniors incompetent and non-understanding of your problems. Daily monitoring and concalls. Cannot focus and doing work.

IDFC MF is a good AMC. The fact is that I was the part of this. This AMC motivate their employees and help to achieve their goals and take care of their employees needs. The peoples work in this AMC come from different backgrounds different cast work happily and we become like a family. I had started my career with IDFC and in future if again i got change to work with IDFC I will not miss the opportunity. IDFC is my favourite.

Gave the best to IDFC but still i am on off role.

I like the branch team with whom the cordination balance was good. Branch team was supportive and humble. The work culture created by team member will make you attract to work with company.

Dislikes

Top management does not think about the offrolls employee. No proper regular traings and workshops. Branch level team is good.
