So here is my honest review: PS : Post this also if any one joins idexcel then they will face the trap of bonds , money recovery, mental and PHYSICAL HARASSMENT There is no such pros of this company. I was interviewed with idexcel on January 2025. Onboarded on 21st Feb, 2025. Within the day of joining HRs starting showing the the true colours of the and thr company. They asked me to signed some documents at that very moment where i felt its something fishy. All the rules in offer letter was against employees and was in favour of company. Praveen the HR executive was so rude and harsh that he clearly mentioned either you sign the documents right away or we will not give you the offer letter.

...that very moment and pressurising you if you don't do they will roll back offer. Salary date is not fixed it can come in between of 1-20 of the month. HR hidded this facts at time of interview If you are not in floor for 9 hours they they mark absent and after that also if you have calls to attend at night thry won't consider that. Hence you need to work for 15-17 hours and they say we are very employee friendly and flexible Zero flexibility in terms of time and work. Director Thara jacob is the worst and cheap lady i have ever met. She just try to manipulate people and join the organisation and they start treating them like slave Management has no proper process. No documentation thing is done. Every thing is verbal until its not against them. One fine morning they wake up call employes to submit there laptop and leaving organization with immediate effect. No cause mentioned. HR has worst management policies and have all things fake. Below than average work. No kt no training given. And then they blame the candidate for not upto it. Almost 60-70% people leave within 3 momths or they remove saying that they found some one better and no longer needed in system. They called me today 7/02/2025 and asked me to submit my laptop and come back on Monday if i want to continue. No explanation given. On 10/02/2025 they told me that they have found someone else and due to your one day sick leave company has gone in loss and director and team has decided to remove you In name of business analyst they make you to sale loan product to customer and some times on field too

However, a lack of proper processes, Job security concerns, and poor work-life balance make it less ideal for long-term growth.

I have been working in Idexcel since 3 years, Idexcel has a good work culture, supportive seniors and team mates, and we have lot of learning opportunities to upgrade our career and skills, Quality work life balance, Job security. overall Idexcel is an better place to work and grow. Please don't fall in fake reviews/ratings.

Its been nearly 1 year working with Idexcel, I am happy to be associated with this company. Good team, work-life balance, work satisfaction. Looking forward to work with Idexcel for longer term alike many employees here. I feel motivated by them.

The only good thing about company is that it's a good place to start your career. There is no one to guide or support so you get chance to explore things.

Dislikes

The management is worse. There is no job security and you have to visit office 5 days a week sometimes 6 days. You can move out of office without completing 9-10 hours. The people at higher position will micro manage you and peek inside your computer every now and then. There is no planning or documentation done for any project the director dictates the requirements and change it after 2 days. Don't make mistake by joining here you will regret after 6 months.
