Good work life balance.. good products and markets

Poor Management. Lack of clarity and communication. Favouritism and personal preferences to a very high extent. No proper communication. A very big gap between what management commits for employee growth and what it actually delivers. If you want to retain talent in your Organization.. you have to give them fair opportunities to grow based on their real skills and talent and not just based on some favouritism.

Absolute job security as there is no importance given to performance

Too many small businesses in Idex and all these smaller units behave like they are 10X bigger. Unwanted complication of processes to save jobs

Co's plicy is fine,HR and finance team having suporting envirment, but concern superior not supporting for personal as well dept growth, becasue my superior is totaly technical persons while our job profile is related to commercial function, hence they can't under stand our problem and resolve it

actully our store's like commercial activities, and our reporting channel is under technical persons, so they can't resolve/understand our problems
