...eadquarters, working in bangalore is technically sound with not much politics. Yearly compensation is purely based on the performance. Its pretty good. If you are lucky , then you might get few onsite opportunities to France and Morocco.

Idemia compensation is fine. Good for pure java people. Many things can be learnt in java.

Dislikes

It is worst affected by managers internal politics. Not working on advance technologies. Timing restrictions, come at 9.30am sharp, 9.31am means you are not productive and disciplined. Save yourself from managers, during 2 years learn and leave, don't stay as you will ruin your chances to get hired in best technologies company in future the longer you stay.

My work is contract based work. The contract will be cancelled 8 months they are against continue contract so salary will be same there is no hike no promotion my job aadhaar operator. This is bade to company please choose the better worker give them hike and promote please it will be best to reach company goals they are set that atmosphere then they get resign employee at present company he or she will adjust other company it will be take time I'm worked 1 year and 8 months I don't get any promotion and salary hike.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
