I wanted to add points about the improvement in one of the projects, I found during my support / mentoring period that is Inefficiencies in communications channel I faced in one for the project level. which must need to improve. - If there is barrier or inefficiencies in communication channels, decisions-making processes, or team collaboration, employee may find it frustrating or hindering to their productivity and job satisfaction. 2. Need to improve employee communication and Enhancing professionalism in our employee base which will strengthen our company's reputation and drive excellence in all aspects of our work.
