Yearly trip to Goa Salary is good for full-time employees Some good seniors are still out there.

Everything. Good for people who are old enough and are tired to work and want a simple job with a good salary(This is only for care department). All the folks who think this is a technical job --never it's a simple monitoring job where u simply do clicks and very little technical work even a 12th Standard student with MSCIT can do that. please be careful before joining the interview is technical but the job profile is not Apply at your risk.

Company policies are employee-centric. Good work-life balance and high authorities are always there to help. Overall a good company to work for

Salary is a bit low, especially for service delivery people.

Good company to work as an intern. You get to work on real projects with other full time employees.

Dislikes

The full time conversion rate is insanely low, they hire a lot of interns, but won't give them full time offers. In our case it was around 4% of fte conversion rate. So consider it just for the internship, never expect a full time offer from them.

This company is exactly opposite to its name, Once you open up about your ideas and career aspirations they make you work like donkey and gave promotion to the other team members who are not even effective for the organisation

Worst company for support engineer...email send jobs no growth.. limited people will trigger you and show you management attitude.. They will give you good n milk but don't judge a company by other things..be careful I said worst means in all things.

Management specially lead people thy will treat tou like labour...and the worst part is they will judge you by 1 month product training which is so different from actual work.
