1. Can directly talk to cofounder for any issues. 2. Working on realtime projects in latest technologies and frameworks like Generative AI 3. Snacks on Every Friday. 4. Availability of Tea, coffee, milk and water.

Dislikes

1. Company’s staff are not cooperative to new joiners. 2. Less pay for interns 3. No training and sharing of knowledge to new joiners with very closed kind of environment.

Good learning platform for freshers wonderful team mates direct interaction with founders/management

Dislikes

Severe work pressure with dreadful hours and no WORK LIFE BALANCE. No flexibility in terms of remote work (strictly work from office) Not a job that is 9 to 6 nor 5 days a week. its always work on weekends and work late. Only bachelors can think of surviving. No job assurance and can be fired based on the mood of founder/management. Not a role based work, any task could be assigned to anyone. Reporting will be directly to the founder.

Management is totally worst, feels like dictatorship (CEO). No proper Plans. Non realistic deadlines. No job security they can terminate anyone on any given day, depends on mood of one guy. They plan your weekend also by giving tasks on Friday and expecting results on Monday. No option of Work From Home, because they don't know how to manage it. Overall not good work environment.

Only learning is good and team members are also very good

Everything apart from point mentioned above. there is no job security, CEO can fire anyone anytime he wants, management is comfused within themselves and communication is not good.
