No ethics of work & Very unprofessional in HR Processes. Not a good company to work. Everyday targets will get change. Hire & fire method of recruitment.

Higher position people also in good condition but middel range people so so..but most good part is company never hold anyone salary. And very smooth leaving policy.

Biased Management in Kolkata with horrible HR,based at Delhi; Buttering the seniors has become the factor for employees to get promotion & increment; Thus favouritism is prevailing at the moment (both for getting promotion & for acquiring the facility for working from home)

You will get the opportunity to learn and develop your skills colleague and seniors are supportive in terms of learning. And everything else you got to handle on your own.

Dislikes

Management is very disturbed, politics involved, HR are worthless. Company policies are biased. Even the sales team doesn't get priority or respect over here.

I have recieved warmest welcome from the Leaders of the Company. I would like to Mention Mr Rahul Agarwal is one of the most humble, passionate & a go ahead on new ideas person. We work as a family and grow together. Its a privileged to be associated to the Top 50 Brands of India, not to forget a Family who works together & parties harder.

There are no dislikes when you want to work long term in any Organisation. My rather suggestion is to improve and upgrade my skills with them and work together & closely as a Family
