...still lots of improvement are required for maintaining good institute framework. All things were in its starting stage, less number of of faculties, getting salary on time was the main issue, unwanted deductions sometimes without your prior knowledge and concerns. Lack of good management and coordination. Far way from the city location etc.

Less job security, lack of coordination, timely salary issue, less work life balance culture

Good working environment... Departmental team mates are extremely supportive.... Location and infrastructure both are really wonderful.... Engineering labs are well-equipped...Feel good to be the member of that Institution...

Dislikes

One expert placement cell should be constituted asap ..

Likes

There's no value of skilled people. They always give the facilities their own relative and friends. Qualified people are not getting value of their skills.

Dislikes

Very cheap mentality of owner. They always care their respective not skilled people.
