As a minority, I am facing constant bulling and harassment by my higher officials. The threats is leading me to quit my job which I really don't want, As a part of the work culture , if this types of behaviors remain constant no female is ever going to work here. The constant harassment is leading me to depression

I feel like being at home. Ensuring our safety is importance to thr group. The group has equally reduced the number of activities in order to keep us safe and provision of hand sanitizers and face makers to members.

Dislikes

When dealing with humans, it's often difficult to have these persons to behave the same way,this leading to Indiscipline at times.
