Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

IDE India is a Lala Company, in which two Lalas, one is Amit Gupta & second is Vikas Rustagi, are running the company in India & captured all the things. They are like a Naag. They don't have much knowledge of anything even about commercial matters also. They are just passing the time. Even, most of Indian Employees are passing just the time. Most of the employees of IDE India are unable to take a new job in big company due to lack of confidence. IDE India is recruiting employees, destroy their carrier & throwing out approx. 20-30% employees every year. So don't join IDE India. Overall, I suggest to all Indians, not to join IDE India at any cost. Thanks Dinesh

Few words-MNC name but not more than any lala company. Management is not highly professional/finance manager is like coming from streets everyday. Highly insecured, because he is not so educated hence always try to cut others position. Highly politics company.
