Dislikes

I dislike everything here, Salary is never on time, HR and Management is very rude, HR is useless. Increment is always late. I have been working here since 3 years and got first increment after 2 years of joining date. Bonus is always late too, you have to beg for your own bonus. they don't even know how to manage the company and employees. No Team Bonding activities, No Trips, and the most disgusting thing they don't have proper washroom you have to wait for that ,only 5 National holidays in a year, you have to work on Rakhi

There is nothing to like by working in this company For everything u need to ask permission even u are senior post still u need several permission to work into a project

Dislikes

Strict work timming , daily reporting to office, for certain permission u need to mail to hr and after mail Hr wont even reverts back . U will guilt by joining this company

Likes

Lot of things to learn about access control system, database, controllers, biometric etc.

Dislikes

Overburden with less payment, terrible work culture, basic facilities are missing( water, washroom, cafeteria etc)
