Since em working idc from 1year ago..idc technology bangalore is fruard company..idc salary not getting ontime..pls ma suggestions dont join idc technology..if u join idc ur career gone..inside organization asking whoever's get select tcs candidates amar mistra and team asking money 15k to 30k per candidates..ishani,vasundhara,gaurav,amar mistra,anoop are very very worst idc people.dey are telling lies like 5days working..actually all Saturday should come or else 3days LOP..No career growth,no job security and no ontime salary..IDC Biggest Cheating and Fruard base consultancy..not a company..pls dont believes this consultancy people..

Oh god, I'm sorry readers but nothing really, other than above-average salary maybe. One benefit of working here can be that, if you're good at your work then it feels like a government office (Laid back), and you will have a stable position but then again at the same time, you'll feel underpaid because you work that well.

Politics, No HR communication, and what the hell is a confidential promotion, I understand about secret appraisals but promotion? No hierarchy is followed at any level. The incentive is a myth here, you won't get any billing details to know how much you should be getting.

Politics politics politics and politics thats it .... They attract you by giving you salary. And then seniors will try to fire you from company.... there is much more about to write here but i dont have that much time.

The company will never give you any assistance in your job, regardless of n number of emails you get no help and till the time you work well you are appreciated. They can simply ignore you on your bad days.

...ring but don't expect any help from anyone. End of the day, you are on your own. And the accounts and HR department also don't pay much heed to any of your queries or your compensation anything.
