...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...r relationships. But in the case of payment or any process, there are no issues. I received salaries on time always. I am still awaiting my experience letter and F&F, hope there will not be any complications further.

It is a 3rd party company, so job security is dependent on customer relationships.

Its a great place to start your carrer at IDC Technologies. The company is good to work.The company has supported well during the Lockdown period.

The issue I face here that if your attendance is approved beyond the desired date they will delay the salary.

So advice them atleast in case of financial /salary /reimbursement, please support your employees till the resolution and not to leave your employee in the middle of sea. So other than this I am happy with IDC Technology and giving overall ranking is GOOD
