Working at IDC has been a mixture of pleasure and harrasment. You get the salary you deserve but that salary remains your salary for the next 2-3 years as the incremental policy is not that transparent. I had to wait for 2 and a half years to get my another increment. Salary will be credited on 7.

Dislikes

We get our incentives paid at an uncertain duration. The VP and Business heads have all the luxury while the rest has to acknowledge their KRA, be it Sunday or any day. On the top of it, job is not secure here. You come from your home to office and plan your day. But the management may have other plans for you. You can be the next anytime and asked to submit your laptop, cards and all and then exit.

Good clients and good quality of work. Salary and incentives are on time. Im grateful to IDC for giving work from home.

Dislikes

HR people are not at all helpful. whatever mails are sent to HR for any concern does not get responded. No transparency or contacts with the other teams in the company.

Salary on time, no management support, no management coordination with employees, no management review of salary, no appraisal policy, no incentive policy, specific people behaves owns team and they don't let anyone grow.

There is no authority for team leader to hire team member according to him

Nothing is good about this company. Company culture is pathetic.

...ment and assurance were made by the management that settlement will be provided. Salary is very less, no promotion, no job security. Everyday there is a threat of losing the job.

...location. So. All work life, culture, job security depends on the their clients. You will get received salary on time that's it only IDC do.

There is no guarantee on your job/contract. Any time you will be release.
