There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to New joiners.

Tech part is very down. Process of service is very slow. Branches are very less. Sales executive more hiring is required. All saturday are working. They promote to those who have jack in company.

I worked with idbi capital in Bhubaneswar branch both the SM & ASM are co operative, every day is a new challenge here and every day you learn some things new .. overall TL is very supportive, little bit pressure but the end it's good for us

Most worst company i would say,full of politics, poor behavior with lower level, lack of recognition, no matter you will achieve your 100% target still they will insult you in front of everyone, lack of transparency with employees . I'm reporting to Bbsr Idbi Capital branch here u will find Nihar n Jyoti Ranjan beura both are worst employer. Even if u want leave you have to pay money for it to Jyoti Ranjan for everything he will demand for money. Please guys never ever join this company, i worked with them almost 8 month they made my life hell. finally I got a new job but now they are denying for my relieving letter also and also said rubbish thing to my new HR. What i will say....worst means worst every single day you will feel like hell.

The worst organization I ever worked with.. no support from superiors..full of politics..no recognition no appreciation after your better performance nothing.mentally harassment and completely unsafe for girls
