IDBI was a PSU when I joined, now afterstake sale to LIC the bank has become private. Bank is suffering due to Big NPA accounts and Promotion opportunities are very scarce.

They offer good salary .

Promotion process is not transparent. Also admin transfers are very harsh for women employees. They do not consider whether an employee is having small kid or pregnant. Very long working hours . Sitting in branches till 8 pm is usual .

It happens to me a lot. I get an email from a recruiter with just the job title and description. I replied, "Thanks, can you tell me the company name and salary?" Most of the time they tell me. But sometimes, they say things like, "It's a company in banking." I ask again, "Which company? And how much will they pay?" Why is it so hard for them to give me this simple information?
