No job security HR and senior management has ego problem Salary deduction due to late coming and harrasment to fresher or delhi commuter mainly girl is worst in every first week of month Work on Saturday or Over time at home without pay is common due to culture Sudden transfer of task is very bad like if idam acquire some org they simply transfer to u on their payroll without asking and now next day u are employee of that acquisition not idam and no manager support to u on this as they have culture to shift their employee to any company and any product and any dept.

Superiority complex at its peak, even an executive level employee will show you an attitude, which they don't even have. Self consumed people. No experience but still would behave like they're at the top of the world. Toxic teams. Too much politics.
