Have so much to learn in the company. Due to a small team, have a chance to work directly on major aspects of a project. Job security

Dislikes

... on weekends as expected, they will probably not involve you in good projects. Salary should be higher.

Good to just begin your professional career for max 1.5 yrs. Not suitable for long term association.

Dislikes

Poor work-life balance and professionalism. Weekend off is just for the name sake. Work and organisation culture needs to be improved a lot. No politeness with Junior employees. HR Policies are not in place.

They have fictitious induction/training program. Person mostly does copy paste type tedious work, which will not add any value to your skills . You will only work in the backend but you will be not be part of any major assignment meetings. As a consultant you will not be handling any Clients directly for atleast 2 years. Work lofe balance is terrible, every friday they will give you some work to do during weekends. Most annoying part is that, they say they have a "No work from Home" policy but they change this as per their requirement (like, you can work from home on every weekend but not during weekdays).
