starting your career with this organisation is good you will get good salary and you can see lot of Confidence in yourselves...everyday you can learn new things.... Work environment is good.

Id medical itself contain medical word in it but they don't have a medical policy also they don't have appraisal policy..job security is not there you never know when will be your last day...you have to come for weekend working ones in a month and sometime twice in a month.. when you resign from the job they will ask to leave directly they think that you will influence other employee they don't trust on you after resigning

The people were good, other team managers were good. Jo Dixon was Fab to work with ive never met such hard working lady !! Truly a gem 💟

Manager in Pune at Managed service team sucks !! He does bad politics and plotting against his team member. #youdontdeservetobeamanager.

I have been working from 5 year since the pilot Batch we started ,its a good experience though, nothing is bad, the work culture is awesome, managers and leads are very supportive and energetic. I would rate 10 out of 10.

Teams are gossips, Job security "0" - You never know when they throw you out, too many layoffs during COVID-19. Growth opportunities are bias - practically no opportunity at all. salary appraisal is compared to nothing after a good long year. Free travel, Too much politics for sure. Good to learn, Work environment use to be good not anymore. No security, No Insurance, No Educational assistance. Nothing at all.

Working with idmedical was a amazing experience... The management is very supportive also they at every step they help you assist you with growth.....

There is nothing that I can say that I dislike but yes sometimes the people there can be really arrogant
