Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

As fresher great learning platform but working in company by 24/7 no relaxation only always distrubing even saturday sunday and main horrible situation is you are in sick you admitted in hospital that time also they distrubing to do work 😡😡😡😐

This company is horrible. They don't have professional behavior. Abusive language is used. You'll definitely become patient of depression. Company's future is questionable.

Nothing good to tell. Working here is like nightmare. I have experienced it and i really don't want anyone else to go through this. If think they are offering good this is aslo not getting followed by them once you join the company.

IN COVID time, Company has supported to all the employee out of box. There is always employee safety , work security and work culture be priorities. Management has given work from home to all employee with all the existing benefits .
