Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

This is Govt organisation & there is five day week. Office timing is also comfortable. Nearest to Okhla Railway station which is very suitable for me.

There is nothing to like as they torture icsil employees on behalf of termination or transfer

Dislikes

All the permanent staff of dsiidc threatened icsil staff for termination Their behaviour is very bad towards these Employee. They see them as low quality people . Recently they terminate 21 person. Permanent employee wants buttering from icsil staff
