Everything. Pathetic experience. Fake and Fraud. They even cheat their students. No professionalism. Management staff is worst and illiterate.

Currently I'm working in ICRI, work place is terrible, salary is not on time, this organization need only admission and fees staff security is unsafe, my June and July incentive is still pending of 2019 they always make fake promises, of this organization HR always gives wrong information, in covid~19 also we all staff give application and registration but salary not on time 2020 March to June month our salary is pending, our family suffering a lots we discussed Wth but still they don't have feelings what there staff suffering from covid19, I request dont join this organization...

I have so many things to mention in this section. Right from the working atmosphere and no politics at the workstation to on-time salary and learning opportunities are something I like the most about ICRI. I feel that it is one of the best educational firms you can ever imagine and work with. Team members, seniors, and the management are so supportive.

The office location is a bit far from my location. But I am planning to relocate to make things easier for me.

...organization i have worked in so far in term of employee's policies and welfare. If you are good enough, then you will surely get the best in industry compensation along with an outstanding pool of great talent to work freely. It's been around 1 year and i am very happy with my growth as a working professional. According to me, It is the best firm to grow as a professional.

In my tenure of almost 1 year, I have not seen anything that is good for employees. They always modify their policies just to benefit the employees in the best way possible.

1. They don't pay your salary for 3-4 months. 2. Nobody cares about you. 3. Zero professionalism from top management , HR to bottom employee. 4. If you resign then they never pay your pending salaries. It happend to many people. 5. False promises on salaries and Nobody reply to your mails msgs calls. Literally no one. 5.Dont join and save your time, energy and mental health and most important your career. 5. All good reviews are done by their internal people only. So don't fall for that.
