Dislikes

Internal politics, Nepotism, partiality and the HR dept is terrible. No one will ever give you any answer/solution. They are good for nothing. Every month people change, you even don't know who to contact. Seniors wont help you achieve your targets nor they are willing to travel for meetings. Unwanted team calls. Whenever your manager is free or not in any mood for meeting, he/she will schedule Virtual team calls.

If you are from good college, you are good to go. Good for work life balance. No long working hrs. You get to travel different places in India.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but appraisal is not provided at this level. Very centralised decision making. More value is given to Degrees and College you have studied and not to the skills of the person. Top level do not interact with the lower level employees. No powers given to HR department. They are just to hire people and nothing else. No proper trainings provided and no appreciation to employees for their work. No innovation. Very few team activities. Very narrow thinking of the people. No transport provided.

Nothing is there to like ICRA limited. You will regret to join such company.

Worst pay master. Sales and marketing don't get good salary appraisals. They love Analyst, Top management is ready to sacrifice for them. ICRA limited is useless company. I have wasted my 8 years, even CRISIL and CARE are good companies and pays better and understand employees needs. Please don't join ICRA Limited.

This company has excellent culture and job security. Everyone is very polite and humble and the pay is as per industry average but there is very less perks and other benefits.

Dislikes

... as such to dislike but only thing I can say is to give some perks to employees. Like for transport and foods they deduct from your salary.
