At Iconet Solutions Limited one can have a career growth in a slow pace but in a long time this is due to work environment whereby one is entirely on his own to find a solution and meeting the desired results which may take time.This desired goals and results can be achieved and may vary due teammates who can assist you where one needs help and this may depend on which department.Moreover when one is new there is good orientation and good training ground on each department hence with a contract offer once one finishes probation.However salary increment and Job appraisal takes along period of time,this results to low learning as an individual hence one knowing it takes time to be recognized. Moreover on work life balance I usually work from Monday to Friday from 8Am -5Pm but one may work even on overtime which makes hard to goo part-time classes.

Job security is good since they rarely lay off employees,but salary increment and job appraisal takes time this results to low career growth since one has to work even overtime to meet strict deadlines.Moreover due to working for long hours it becomes hard for one to attend Part-time classes hence no payment for overtime.Since my work entirely deals with Accounts I rarely travel outside the office.Through work one doesn't get enough training due to everybody in the is very busy doing?performing duties.

This is very good company for beginners, and for people with experience, whatever your previous experience nothing to worry with in few months you will be a master in the products what they have handled because of the training and information you get from CEO and other technicians.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

percentage of dislikes are very less in my experience in Iconet, Wherever we are we should enjoy the experience of the atmosphere and we should utilize our skills or expertise towards our responsibilities, this attitude will hide the dislike experience in any organisation, I recommend to join and my best wishes for candidates.
