...s. Got a very broad span of growth and opportunities to upskill my career level. I have also been appreciated for the good work I do and have provided Promotions and good salary package. I happy to be associated with ICON and would like to continue my career here at ICON.

Dislikes

Every company / organization would have some or the other which people would dislike. It could be people you work with or anything like that. IT does apply to ICON as well, but it has not made any great impact in my career growth, as I have very good friends, leaders and managers here at ICON. So nothing makes me feel disliked about ICON.

I used to work in Icon till Sep-2022. One thing which I felt on a personal level is the higher management does not pay attention to its employees requests/inputs/feedback. The environment though not toxic, it is not progressive as well. Favouritism is a major flaw which I noticed among the managers. Training is improper. You're directly asked to start doing the activities without training or feedback. Leave policy is on first come first serve basis. Even if the team has adequate members to take up additional tasks, you cannot take a leave if another employee has already availed. Only one person is allowed to avail leave during a time period. Hike and appraisal is not worth discussing. 7 days public holiday support is mandatory.

...ld retire from here itself :-) . ICON is a company of great leaders and culture. You will have people around you that respect you and pay attention to you and your skills. I have been rewarded for all of my achievement so far. fingers crossed for future. i feel the sense of equality here. You get to learn many things on daily basis. You may find cool bosses/managers here. Indeed, you will have lot of work but that's what I am hired to manage. :-) . Trust me i had seen toxic culture in my previous Org but it's not the case here. Peace of mind while working is very important & that I get in icon perfectly. Kudos to the icon higher management.

I DONT have any dislike about the icon. ICON is the BEST company i am working with. But would rather suggest a point that if icon start's providing their tenured employee's onsite/abroad opportunity to work, visit other icon offices across the world. then it will add value to the employee experience and career.

They aren't providing support in difficult times. Taking extra working hours and not giving compensation. Not being transparent.

Dislikes

They are setting unrealistic goals and when people aren't able to reach they ask for voluntarily resignation and terminating by giving false reasons

...is following hybrid pattern of 60/40. For effective work life balance it's good. And moreover they will provide good package for all employees.

Dislikes

Most disliking factor is the work pressure and dissatisfaction of workings. Then process are not streamlined. They will force us to do over time and work on weekends.
