There is a manager in east zone .... He actually BM of Kolkata pool ..name Saurabh Dhara.... He is terrible in doctor conversations, even he don't know about the maximum doctor 's chembers also... He do fake calls..... And his fake arrogance & bad behaviour is going to be the reason for downfall of his Territory sales and Relations with MRs

Company culture very bed company need fast grow in market but not seeing division wise market structure and specify division where they invest its long time opportunity to get business not fast take over market

I like self-working, no need to depend on higher managers like 2nd line and 3 rd. line, why because they are having zero knowledge about all things and managers are having worst work culture.

Nothing is here to work,HR means Zero ,no job security, seniors ZBM and NSM always finding their own people for organization who can hide their mistakes ..Total politics for working person

Icon life sciences is a good company to work in the CNS segment. You can learn a lot of things working here. Doctor acceptance is really good.

The local management policies. There is fight amongst the divisions. Which is not good.
