You are not expected to work in a silo if you show keenness to work outside your designated role, you are encouraged to do so. One needs to come to ICOMO with an open mind. You could be a one month old fresher and give an idea or voice your opinion. An individual's talent matters more than office politics and designation. ICOMO works with good brands. Most of the clients at ICOMO have come through references of other clients that have worked with or been working with the agency.

Like most 360 degree advertising agencies, late timings is a problem but the agency had taken various steps to ensure employees leave at a decent time.
