I liked the environment...it was very friendly and the seniors are very helpful and non working staff is also so supportive ..I am glad that I got opportunity working there as a research trainee

Nothing except the infrastructure for research is good, but had a bad experience as my boss was very rude, bad mouthed and non-supportive

The institute is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. The work culture is really impressive. and it gives you time for your balancing work and life.

I Don't think so there is any type of disliking kind of thing in this institution. All my seniors are supportive, encouraging and always ready to help.

The Workplace is quite good, but the work ethics are quite poor, everyone thinks they are greater than each other in terms of posts, roles and postings, no one is willing to help.

Dislikes

There is a monopoly when it comes to recruitment in NIRRH, they tend already acquire the person for the so called mentioned role and still would advertise vacancy for that post, and will not contact you even though you apply.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Best part is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and We work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.
