No job security, no clarity on pin/task given, you will be on your own. As Junior Software Developer you will be working on (Core PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, OOP MVC framework, MySQL queries, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, GitHub )

No experience letter for 6 Month's, minimum hollyday, Max Salary 20K, laravel programmer will work on core PHP once get in, on paper 9 hr. Work timing in real 11 hr.

They provide salary between 7 to 10 per month.

Poor management, working culture is worst, very toxic culture. Company director Dhiren P is very rude & arrogant. They humiliate if you ask for resign. HR team is very worst never support you. They will force you to work after working hour 😕.

Poor management, treat their employee very bad with not respect for the efforts you put in while working late nights nor they give you competitive salary. HR is a mere puppet there who only send emails and hire and terminate people. They play with your future. Asked an employee to work for free. Employee retention is 0.

If you are a fresher, join to learn but for experience person this company is not right choice.

Management is very poor. They do't belive that their employees are working. Officially their working hours is 9:30am to 6:30pm but they will force to work overtime everyday.
