my experience at ICL College of Engineering was worst because college was worst. no skill devlopment , no work culture, career growth nothing, compensation zero even we not got our monthly salary then how one can think about compensation. job security you can imagine there.

My team mates are very friendly they always show a right path for me.The company full fill its commitment and gives best quality product ,so its easy to work.

Dislikes

The work load is very high at any time here. Now i am look EIGHT Districts soo its too difficult for me how i mangae them properly without any distravance.Most of the time i could not work properly beacuse of over buddern work load and most of time my working hour is exceed 12 hrs to 14 or 15 hrs,But some how i manage all of this.Apart from this The comany is good.
