...ry judgemental manager and also manipulative. All your hard work goes unnoticed. Compensation is decent if u good at negotiating but the growth is slow as lot of favoritism exists. Be ready to work minimum 12 hours a day.

Work life balance and freedom to work from flexible locations. The company will offer ample knowledge to keep yourself upto date.

...ple stuck in the same position for the last 5 years with no promotions in sight. And their salary is one of the lowest in the industry.

In terms of knowledge they give very good training.

Dislikes

Salary and hike is very bad. No worklife balance, like in holiday if some new fund is launching you have to work on Saturday or Sunday. They don't feel we are human. We need rest. And DET channel don't give leave.

The work culture is not at all good. There are people who will talk bad about your personal life and personality no matter how good you are in you work. Some sales people only focus on other peoples personal life.

Internal politics are there but at a minimum Best thing is that icici prudential amc avoids hiring people from outside the company and tries to train and motivate the pre existing employee for the upper management

The promotional structure is slow and salary upraises are very low if you are ready to put in 5 years to reach the position of a TL that’s fine but if you looking for climbing the ladder quickly that is something which is not going to happen Daily targets are a little irritating and the compliance is also very very strict from a company stand point that’s good but from an employees point of stance it’s very restrictive If you don’t like public speaking or attending meets or presenting ppts you are going to hate it her because the company will make sure every employee is confident with their speech and will try to make you present a ppt at least once every 3 months The work profile gets a bit boring after a point as it is pretty repetitive and the compliance while taking calls is very restrictive and will make taking calls a bit tricky Salary is the major concern as monetary growth slow which can be expected from a big company
