Likes

In terms of knowledge they give very good training.

Dislikes

Salary and hike is very bad. No worklife balance, like in holiday if some new fund is launching you have to work on Saturday or Sunday. They don't feel we are human. We need rest. And DET channel don't give leave.

Working for icici mutual fund is like a govt job. Relaxing and not too much pressure as compared to the peer companies. Learning is way to good. HR policies are very good.

Zero professionalism for the DET channel of bangalore. Salary is not decent for this channel. Managers are not good for this channel. But AMC is totally opposite. Work culture in AMC is good
