The salary package is really low, salary package and clearance amount should be fully given(including deductions).

Despite of good salary, I couldn't get good working environment over here as much politics are here as my own boss do not want to help me out in my case. Even all other person knows how unevenly he distinguishes his team members. At the end, I would say that you should not work here on a shop floor level, either you join at one step higher level post.

The worst part of my employment journey was experienced in ICICI where I was forced by my supervisor to leave the company. Such a terrifying situation!!

Only one thing SMs just like one man army.SMs are doing everything thing for example sales,sevice,genrate SR,manage bank employee and seniors also just in14000-15000 Rs salary per month

Promotion. Why I dislike promotion because off corporate promote only for target not increase salary ultimately making fool thems employees and that's a masterstrok for corporate side...hahahahahahahaha

...nment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent .Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good bonus every year .

Poor IT support. Need a proper work place. Need more staff.
